Privacy Notice
Information about using this website and contacting Wyoming Path & Purpose Foundation.
Last updated: October 24, 2026.
Information you choose to share
Inquiry forms ask for your name, email address, topic, and message. Depending on the form, you may also choose to share an organization name, optional phone number, relevant experience or credentials, availability, program interests, workshop location, approximate group size, or information about a potential host facility. Fields marked optional are not required to send an inquiry.
Please provide only what is needed. Do not send passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents through these forms.
How inquiry information is used
The foundation uses submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss the interest you describe, and coordinate relevant follow-up. Sending an inquiry does not make a donation, register you for an event, or establish a volunteer or partnership agreement.
If a form offers optional program updates, that choice is separate from the inquiry. You can ask to stop receiving optional updates through the Contact page.
Services that handle website information
Hostinger hosts this website and its WordPress installation. WordPress and the Fluent Forms plugin handle inquiry forms and store submitted entries within the website. Inquiry notifications are delivered to a private Google email mailbox used by an authorized foundation administrator. The mailbox address is not a public contact address.
These services may process technical information, such as connection details and security records, needed to operate the site, deliver messages, and limit spam or misuse. Website administrators may review submissions and relevant technical records for those purposes.
No external analytics service or live payment processing is enabled on this website. Giving previews do not collect payment information or process a transaction. If website services change, this notice should be updated to reflect the new setup.
Keeping and reviewing inquiry information
Inquiry information is retained only as needed to respond, manage relevant follow-up, maintain appropriate organizational records, and address security or legal obligations. Copies may exist in website entries, notification messages, and hosting backups; their handling can differ by service.
You may ask the foundation to review information you submitted, correct it, or consider deletion. Requests will be reviewed in light of the information involved and any continuing recordkeeping or security needs. Please describe your request generally; do not send sensitive documents in the initial message.

Links to independent resources take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing personal information on another website.
Questions and requests
Use the Contact page and select the most relevant topic, or identify your message as a privacy question. Please provide enough information to locate your inquiry without including unnecessary personal details.
