Progress worth understanding
We want to explain both what we do and what people find useful.
Our intended outcomes
The foundation aims to help people gain practical knowledge, build confidence, identify useful resources, and take steps toward goals they choose. Those outcomes will guide program design and the questions we ask as activities begin.
How we plan to measure progress
Educational activity
Workshops conducted, topics covered, and learning opportunities offered.
Participation
Attendance and people served, with reporting methods that distinguish visits from unique participants where possible.
Learning and usefulness
Voluntary feedback about clarity, relevance, confidence, and potential next steps.
Volunteer contribution
Approved volunteer activities and recorded time.
Community collaboration
Confirmed partner-supported activities and the type of contribution provided.
Access
Participation barriers identified and practical adjustments considered or made.
A clear starting point
We are organizing our first educational workshops. We are not yet reporting completed workshops, participant totals, volunteer hours, or partner results. Future summaries will identify the reporting period and explain how figures were counted.
Stories with permission
If participant experiences are shared in the future, they should reflect the person’s own perspective and be published only with appropriate permission. Participation in a program should not depend on agreeing to publicity.
